Our 2nd KWWRHL Skills Clinic of the season will be held on TUESDAY, December 29th, 2009 @ Conestoga College.

This session will be instructed by Eric Calder, of Skills Plus Hockey. Eric has an incredible amount of experience teaching and playing hockey. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn and hone your hockey skills. Two different instruction sessions will be available, as well as an open Pick-up hockey session. Registration is limited and on a first-come basis.

Please note: These sessions are only for REGISTERED PLAYERS in the KWWRHL. A goalie instructor will be at the sessions for registered goalies

Gear 1: On ice session 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

• For newer players.
• Participants will begin with power skating and then rotate in small groups through stations working on individual skills such as shooting, passing, dekes and stick handling.
• Maximum 30 participants.

Gear 2: On ice session 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

• For players who are comfortable with their skills and are able to perform them efficiently at higher speeds. Similar to Gear 1, but a bit faster.
• Maximum 30 participants

Open Pick-up Hockey: On ice from 9:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.

• This is a general pick-up hockey session.
• Open to all registered KWWRHL players.
• Maximum 30 players and 2 goalies
